At Hannon Hydraulics and REMCO Hydraulics, a division of Hannon Hydraulics, we design, build, and rebuild some of the world's largest and most sophisticated hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. With Hannon's 27 years of experience with plants in Dallas and Houston, Texas, and our acquisition of certain REMCO Hydraulics assets, we have grown in both size and technology to offer turnkey fluid power manufacturing and rebuilding.

Our manufacturing facilities located in Dallas and Houston, Texas, USA, produce single stage cylinders ranging from 3 inches to over 104 inches in diameter, with strokes in excess of 120 feet. Telescoping cylinders have been furnished with strokes up to 85 feet. In addition to exceptionally large cylinders, Hannon/REMCO Hydraulics maintains a reputation as a one-stop source for midsize cylinders that can answer rigorous performance requirements. This includes cylinders incorporating alloys, metals, high heat applications, and units demanding exceptionally high cycle life. In all of these, and many others, Hannon/REMCO cylinders have contributed to the favorable performance of the end product.

We also offer fabrication services for power units, complete machines, replacement parts, modifications or any special applications. Our full service machine shop offers services that include boring, honing, heavy rigging, machine rebuilding and plant shutdown services.
