Our specialty is custom manufacturing heavy duty large bore cylinders as well as welded, tie rod, servoactuated and special cylinders. We manufacture large and small bore cylindersat our manufacturing plants in Dallas and Houston, Texas, USA. Every aspect of design, machining, finishing and assembly is carried to completion by qualified and skilled craftsman at Hannon Hydraulics. Flexible manufacturing cells, CAD, CAM and a unique assemblage of precision CNC Machines and one-of-a-kind machines designed and built by Hannon are the result of a dedicated multi-million dollar investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities. Our commitment to continuous improvement includes provision for machinery replacement to hold the median age of our machines well below industry average. Manufacturing engineers, precision machinists and computer technicians work side-by-side to keep our cylinder manufacturing capabilities on the leading edge. Our engineers can design, and we can manufacture virtually any type of cylinder. We have equipment to fabricate cylinders up to a 104 inch bore and strokes up to 120 feet. We have a full staff of engineers to answer any questions and offer solutions for special cylinder applications.

All of the cylinders we produce are designed using high technology Computer Aided Design systems. Computer Aided Machines are used in our manufacturing process.Our hydraulic and pneumatic made-to-order cylinders are fully inspected by our Quality Control Department before, during and after assembly. Each cylinder is pressure tested as a part of the final inspection before delivery. The fact that we follow strict inspection and testing guidelines enables us to stand behind the cylinders we manufacture our standard warranty.
