Our REMCO division manufacturer all types of cylinders from Crane Boom Lift, Crane Boom Extension Cylinders, and Ship Ramp Lift cylinders to Telescopic Refuge Baler Cylinders. Our engineers can design, and we can manufacture, virtually any type of cylinder. We have equipment to fabricate cylinders up to a 104 inch bore and strokes up to 120 feet. We have a full staff of engineers to answer questions and offer solutions for special cylinder applications. We CUSTOM MANUFACTURE CYLINDERS! These cylinders were manufactured to help resolve an issue that one of our manufacturing customers was having. The application had originally been designed with 2 separate cylinders for each clamp; the design was not working well. We manufactured a longer cylinder for each jaw; these cylinders have been reported to be in service for three years with no failures.
