The Servoactuator Cylinder provides programmable precise motion control along with linear variable differential transducer unit built into a hollow piston rod to provide feedback for motion control. The actuator has equal areas on both sides of the piston with 3000 PSI working pressure, 5000 PSI proof pressure. Cylinder design life is for several million cycles at 3000 PSI, a 10-Hz cycle rate manifold plate can be supplied with special servo valve porting request.

The Servoactuator Cylinders have 4340 heat treated, ground and chrome plated, one piece rod and piston. For added seal life the 4330 heat treated piston case is honed, to further insure the sealing performance, our Servoactuated cylinders are sealed with bronze filled Teflon dynamic seals. Other standard features included are aluminum bronze piston rod bearings, 4130 heat treated tie rods and 6061-t6 aluminum end caps.
